I don’t remember who it was but someone at Oppo turned me on to this channel a few weeks back, good stuff over at Robot Cantina!

It's almost amazing Lancia didn't survive...these types of engineering decisions just seem so logical. It's the buyers who are idiots!

And granny shifting.

This is great info, thanks.

Agreed here, the click-baity title aside (nerve-wracking would have been a better choice instead of terrifying) I think this is what we want to see in our early stage auto-piloting footage, cautious leaning towards confident.

Upgrading the stock run-flats to a non-runflat Pilot Sport a/s+. Those things are great if you're in a non-snow climate although I've heard some say they do snow well enough, but can't comment there. Great tires are a critical buy for a car!

One to Gary Busey... haha, great measurement scale!

How do most insurance policies view a track day?

The 1979 Caprice Classic was known to have a Buick 10 bolt rear end, if you optioned for the Police suspension package.

This is awesome and far from useless info!

I imagine you’ll b able to teach a hand in most locations where this would work well but if not, you’re right...gets a little dicey starting the threads with something like this.

Let’s be honest, this does sound like something BMW would do.

I would have loved to see some good ‘ole fashion Jalop research and possibly answers for these questions. I have my speculation about a lot but alas, I'm left with only the ramblings in my head and the strong commenters.

You don’t want that kind of power, likely it’ll immediately open up a singularity.

Good point.

Good luck selling that house and moving.  I do think some large rocks would help here.

Bleed the brake lines.... likely there’s a bunch of trapped air in the system that’s being compressed, just as DT mentions above. That or the master cylinder is shot and is bypassing due to bad seals, not allowing pressure to build.

Drive it like you stole it, that's my motto.

Been doing it since I was 13, when I had a go kart.

Some might say my left foot braking is a bad habit but I disagree, I never rest my foot on the pedal and haven’t ever confused the brake and throttle.
