WD-40 is designed to be a water displacer, hence the ‘WD’ in the name. It’s meant to push water out of crevices and hard to reach places in metal parts to prevent rust. It will also work pretty well as a solvent or degreaser.

1000%. How about don’t do shit that could potentially get you raided in the first place.
Right... All those people that don’t want to maintain a property, or don’t want the hassle of getting a water heater fixed, or lack the down payment to buy property, are getting nothing for what they pay? Sorry, but landlords buy the property, and are the ones responsible for keeping it functioning. I’ve rented, and…
I have a buddy who I grew up with. He was fucking poor, like, my mom used to pack an extra lunch for me to give him, and sometimes he’d come to my house and leave with a bag full of my clothes poor. Anyway, this kid got his shit together and got himself through school and got a decent job. He managed to buy a rental…

My wife and I paid off our student loans.
Ditto, but in regards to why it’s marked incompatible with my Pixel 4 XL. 😒
SLIDESHOW SUCKS

And another potentially good article ruined by the slideshow.
THIS.
It’d be neat to have a link to the Johns Hopkins Dashboard that is depicted in the lead picture there.
So tell us what should be happening instead, and please feel free to cite your sources like the article does.
