I went to Haven and it was widely known as “the ghetto school” since thats where all of the kids from the (relatively) poorer West End of Evanston went... while it was also the school where the (objectively) wealthy kids living in the northern corner went.

Cant beat the Hornets Starter jacket. I also had a Bulls one but the Hornets one was so much better.

Grew up in Evanston also and could not agree more about how downtown has changed. The library was one of the first dominoes to fall when they moved to the new building... back in the era when people still needed to frequent the library.
