I'll upvote anything by Richie Alpert and the Orchid Station.

Boyle has been one my favorite characters on the show. I see him as a hybrid of Andy and Ben. He has the lovable and goofy optimism of Andy, and the dorky awkwardness of Ben. He's not stupid like Jerry and is respected by his peers, unlike Jerry.
