Really? Read the waiver/contract. I know people who make a very good living off of images they took years ago. Under this waiver, no one makes a good buck. Professionals get paid.

The spokesman is lying. Read the contract. Sift and other musicians do not want photographers making money off their images. Want to create a poster? They will sue. want to sell full page (Good bucks) to other publications, they will sue. Only the musicians can make money. Everyone else must starve.
