I haven’t driven a Bronco yet, but “better than Wrangler” is a really low benchmark. Granted, 90% of the reason people buy Wranglers is for the badge, and that’s something Ford just can’t compete with.

post 9/11 Americans started buying SUVs because we
Face facts, seven-seater SUVs suck ass. There’s no easy way to get people into the way back, especially without the wide open sliding rear doors and handy folding seats. New car consumers are too afraid to be perceived by their fellow idiots as some form of uncool that they buy a vehicle that costs them more on…
I’m interested to drive the 8AT. The manual GRC is great, but you really need to borderline abuse it from a stop to avoid turbo lag. So on paper it’s fast, but its like an old WRX off boost.
The Apex is the answer to the Si. It has similar braking and roadholding performance to the Si and the 0-60 in under 8 seconds (barely), so that meets your requirements. It could stand to have more power, but if you want a low cost, decent handling compact, it’s a solid choice.
It’s unprofitable to sell cheap cars this way. The unit economics don’t work out unless you have the early adopters paying a premium to have theirs first, and the discount shoppers coming in late to maximize the revenue from the tooling.
GM has already done what you’re describing: Hummer. It was dumb to turn Hummer into a EV sub-brand, because it has nothing to do with EVs. And neither does Saturn. (also, unless they own the Ion trademark, which they likely don’t, they should expect Hyundai to put up quite the fight, as it’s very close the the name…
Maybe that’s why it was bricked. Melon is just protecting his bro from the evil America military.
I want to disagree and think he would know better than to alienate his top employees (after all, highly educated engineers tend to be left leaning).
Hot water is no fucking joke. You can look up scold charts that tell you how long skin needs to be in contact with a water of a certain temperature to receive what kind of burns. Above 155F, first degree burns are instant and 3rd degree and it only takes 1 second for a permanent 3rd degree (the worst). 180F is the…
Ironically, this was considered a drop dead gorgeous car when new.
I like the new one better. The swoopy headlights on the early model just looks dated. Nissan began that swoopy headlight look in 2002 with the Maxima.
#3 Without the Mustang II, there probably would not have been a Fox-body Mustang five years later, nor the current Mustang.
The Z is plenty competitive with the Mustang. Most reviews compare the Dark Horse and other top trim levels because that’s what Ford ships them. I’ve owned a base Mustang GT, and it’s much worse than a loaded model. Rarely do you ever see a base Mustang GT in any comparison, TFL did one, but they are in Colorado where…
Now the PRICE of an automobile is still increasing and dependent on individual factors, lowering the interest rate brings too many people back into parity with last month’s cost structures.
If Trump wins, we’re all* getting free cars.
Everyone loves Joe. That’s why.
Still a serious threat to national security tho.
Elon, your jokes are terrible and you should never make them again, ever.
His addled brain is like an early generation LLM that just spews out whatever most recent information it was fed. Presumably, he’s still receiving top secret briefings on a regular basis. So this makes me wonder what top secret nuclear weapons shit he just heard about was spewed as an answer to that question.
