I couldn’t justify buying this over a Mustang GT for roughly the same price.

Show me a car made in the past 15 years with better paint. I’m pretty sure everyone in the industry has to use the eco-friendly, no-waste paint process that causes this “orange peel.”

Additionally: don’t let the stick-shift fool you, this is not in any way remotely a sporty ride. That huge engine is completely fore of the front axle and it makes them feel much larger to turn than you’d think.  They are also pretty slow.

It probably has been pricey to keep running for a while.

It’s going to be great once these are on the lots in large enough numbers for customer to drive and buy off the lot. How many people have cancelled their orders due to drastically increasing price between order time and delivery?

Power = weight. Beefier tires at weight, larger cooling adds weight, wider wheels add weight, bigger brakes add weight, etc.

They aren’t hard to fix though.  A clapped out one can be a nice car with a little bit of love.

People who weren’t alive in the 90s don’t believe me when I say the old one was a big heavy GT car and not really a sports car, but it’s true.

Unless you own a Q50 — which is the exact car you claim to want — I don’t believe you.

I have faith.  These are the same companies that managed to double horsepower, halve emissions and improve fuel economy in like two decades.

Someone ran a blind stop sign while I was crossing the intersection (they had a stop sign, I did not). I somehow managed to swerve around them going like 45mph and nearly miss them. I got out to inspect the damage and there was merely a gouge from the screw on their license plate holder and a scuff on the bumper.
