Might be for test drives. Or an waaay overpriced model for the person who needs a car now and is willing to pay a premium for it.

Why get the Mach-E AWD 290 mile range for $56k when you can get a AWD 280 mile range Model Y for $41.4k, or a 330 mile Y for $44.4k.

The dude wanted to remove all doubt as to his intent. The people he’s trying to impress aren’t exactly good at catching subtlety.

1) people like vehicles that can haul a bunch of shit.

ITT: People who don’t get cars.

Maverick 2.0L AWD.

Turbo engines are always better in trucks. The Coyote sounds great, but it’s a worse choice for this application in pretty much any other metric.

I don’t think so. Looks like rear leaf springs to me.

Toyota abandon the cheap truck market in like 2006. They can’t compete with domestic producers, so they focus on building rugged, reliable trucks and maintaining their reputation in order to justify the higher price of their technically inferior offerings.

These people aren’t “car culture.” They are thieves who steal cars and cause property damage.

As in they are literally creating a record of they being there.

Even when it comes to fading, there are few scenarios where this will be relevant. I think it was C&D that ran a Carrera S with PCCB against one without.

The nice EVs will just... trickle down to the poors. Just as papa Reagan would have wanted.

In the USA, I think this was called the Civic.

Acura is probably planning on the ITS moving some TLX-Ses. Customers come in looking for an ITS, then realize it’s too small/not very luxurious/FWD sucks in powerful cars/waitlist is too long/whatever, and leave with a TLX-S.

Definitely put an order in. The best way to get a good price on one of these is to be willing to wait 6+ months.

How many people that buy a 50k car, keep it long enough to care.
