It’s likely the complete opposite. Aero engineers probably designed this in a wind tunnel and designers were told not to make any body changes.

Plus newer cars are so incredibly reliable. I just sold two cars I’ve had for 10 years, neither of which needed more than consumables (tires, oil, battery, windshield wiper blades).

Have you looked into quieter tires?  Run flats can be crazy loud.  A nice touring tire can cut sound levels by like 5db.
