I use UD eye primer in sin, it’s very very slightly shimmery, so I can use it as just a wash of color, or as a traditional primer. I don’t know if it has silicone. I also use NYX in the tube with the doefoot applicator occasionally, that doesn’t have any color and I find is similar to the NARS primer.
