The lyrics translate to him stating that if he were to give children in the Congo your opportunities they would be graduating from college by now not slanging and buying gold chains or guns to put on the airs of being a thug. More like a statement on taking advantage of opportunities rather than a take down of

As a Hispanic I never cared for reggeton but I have all of Calle 13's albums because of their unique creativity, lyrics, and ability to wax poetic on politics.

He's super nice. I met him at a club and was taken aback by his cool calmness and nice attitude. Stay real bro.

No I'm just stating that your opinion is of no consequence to the facts. If she properly supervised her dog none of this would have happened. Either way what you or I think has no consequence on the final outcome. They acted within the confines of the law and now the dog belongs to other people. Dogs aren't

I hear you. I may have been on the edge yesterday because I had it in my mind that the dog was alone in the yard all day. Reading that many people have yard dogs that can get out cause they are big and so forth kind of softened my stance. This was a touchy subject for all of us. The good part being that we all care

You're right. It seems like money is the factor. And the Karma placement facility is into some shady practices.

Ok I've come around. Fingers crossed she gets a good lawyer or adopts another dog from the pound and this doesn't happen again.

Yeah you're right and their statement was condescending. I guess she's gonna have to lawyer up.

Ouch and this is kind of condescending as well:

Oh well what's done is done and she's never getting the dog back regardless of appointments made. The dog was unsupervised, escaped and was not recovered for over a week. She can try again at the humane society.

I'm here with you girl. This was a touchy subject for everyone. I think at the end of the day when I squeeze my baby weasel Weiner Poupites Esquire I feel like he's all I've got. (Which makes me feel bad for the woman and child in question so ok I hope she get's another dog with the humane society.)

WOW smh and 2,000 dollar bond? That would have been the end for me.

Right, and she broke her contract that she signed when she adopted the dog from the private organization. So they found the dog more qualified owners. Running a no kill shelter costs money. If you breach your contract you lose your dog and your money. I'm sure some lawyer was hired to put that in the contract as well.

WTF? I'm off to google those stories.

Goal post or facts relating to the story? I would never take your dog, I'm just saying the private dog rescue organization had the right to do so. She even had to sign documents when she adopted the dog binder her to compliance. That's why the statements of her suing are laughable. She broke the contract and didn't

No the deal breaker for me was that the dog was outside unsupervised and escaped. This being a personal issue because as I mentioned on another thread I have scraped up an eviscerated dog from the pavement that was also outside supervised but off leash and ran to another dog across the street. All "being right" aside,

Oh I saw that. The fact remains the dog was in the yard unsupervised and escaped. Ever scrap up an eviscerated dog from the pavement? I have! WEEEE! Oh the damage a Prius can do! They made the right choice. She will never get that dog back.
