Exactly. Nothing has the clean-cut, well designed look that vans used to have in the sixties and seventies. At least GM is still making the same full-size van they’ve been making for the past 15 years...although I am positive the cancellation of said product is rapidly approaching.

These design cues are completely inoffensive in comparison to the bloat and bulk that modern cars have, thanks to safety and regulation rules. I’m going to be picky though, and say that I prefer the ‘68 Mustang with it’s more subdued…

Yes. The diplomat is far from boring. It’s just the way you see people drive it, customize it, and label it that makes it seem so “mundane.” Hence, this is why the Dynasty is labeled as a slow car...nobody wants to drive one with any style!
But this is the fourth generation. What about the ones that came before it? Are those three other generations of the relevant? There is a total lack of recognition for the legacy that came before it.
