For the record: we thought they WOULD fiddle a bit with the results, and early on there was language in the voting agreement to suggest that they could. But, they then removed that language and John and I both agreed that these results were on the up and up.

It's possible that some of his looks don't completely translate on camera (although even there, he seems to do alright). By all accounts, these Survivors were taken back by what a specimen he was, even after having watched him on TV.
