I think it's difficult to know where people are coming from clothes-wise because you weren't there in their heads when they put them on, and I get what you're saying. I agree and do that too, especially if a woman is wearing something that seems completely impractical or uncomfortable.

aaaaand there goes the coke I was drinking. I love me a good pirate pun.

I never normally use slang terms to refer to any part of my body, but "swimsuit area" is just adorable.

You win the internet.

...what just happened? Am I dreaming? I'm fairly certain I'm dreaming.

...that is a brilliant idea. I must stock up immediately. I have awful skin - so dry and occasionally eczema-y, but also constantly in the middle of a horrendous breakout.

Those, and the gingerbread one. I still hate the whole "sexy x" with costumes, and that all women's costumes are shitty variations on basic tiny-dress-high-heels-push-up-bra, but those costumes are just the cutest.

Now I want cheese.

I think the best way to think about this, paraphrased from a blog I-can't-remember-where, is: Does it matter? If you have to ask the question, you are considering that you might be a rapist. And if you're OK with maybe having raped someone, that's pretty much a similar mindset as a rapist.

normally I'm not partial to these comparisons, but THIS IS AMAZING.

me, as soon as I get a flat where animals are allowed.

I'd never even thought about this, but I can't believe I haven't heard of it before. It shows respect for those who have suffered, both who have died by suicide and those who knew that individual, and also strikes me as an excellent way to help mitigate suicide contagion, just through the way blame is placed. Thank

As someone with a history of suicide attempts and knowing people that have died by suicide, that paragraph about "pulling the trigger" comes across as incredibly hurtful and insensitive. I respect (and hope) that probably wasn't your intention, but it sounds like blaming someone for committing suicide, with little

yup, i'm putting in a request for a book series on this as well. so awesome.

well, now I have to move to Toronto.

I realised the kind of men, and women, I am attracted to tend to look similar to me ages ago, and assumed it was a thing, so YaY to this study for providing evidence to support my crazy teenage hypothesis!

If I ever meet this person, you will have a serious fight in your hands. Too awesome.

Furbies are firmly leading my category of things so grotesque they are freaking adorable (also included: pugs and some garden gnomes.)
