A German heap

928s

1971 Jaguar S1 XJ6. Mine was royal blue with a Chevy small block conversion. It was not just the most beautiful car I have ever owned, it was one of the most beautiful objects I have ever spent time around. Out of 50ish cars I have owned, it is the one car I truly regret selling. It was very similar to the one I’m

My Porsche 968 has to be the prettiest car I’ve had the privilege of owning. It has that classic long hood/fastback profile, and it looks inescapably 90s, despite being based on a platform that traces its roots to the The 70s. The rear third of the car is my favorite part, with its boxy rear fenders, curved hatchback

Okay, probably gonna get a lot of flak for this, but I absolutely loved by 1988 Olds Cutlass Supreme:

I didn’t own this car, but my parents did. 1989 BMW 735i. It’s such a simple, strong design that has aged amazing well. It even looked good in this old-man tan color.

The ‘63 Corvette I owned in ‘97

I own a 2011 Saab 9-5. It is elegant and restrained in a way that many modern designs are not; few cars from the last fifteen years have aged so well. And for something that’s not a sports car, it attracts more attention than you might think — everyone seems to think it’s much newer than it is and, maybe, that Saab

My ‘73 Volvo 1800ES. Bought it 20 years ago for too much money, fixed a bunch of mechanical problems, and it was my daily driver on and off for a long time. It’s waiting on some much-needed attention now, but man, does it get looks.

My 1989 Grand Marquis I built for Trailer Racing at Irwindale Speedway

Not a car nor “beautiful” but it is the best looking of my history...

I had an 6MT ‘07 335i in Sparkling Graphite Metallic with Coral Red interior. Ordered it from the factory in ‘06. The image below is not mine, but for some reason I can’t find any pictures of it. I ended up lemon lawing it 14 months after purchase, but even with all its issues, I still miss it. The interior was an

A pleasant, painless, honest, straightforward purchasing experience at a Kia dealership.

Jeep Wrangler.  You can do hilarious fast donuts when you find an iced over parking lot.  I have spun it so fast it’s gotten up on two wheels.  Those were the days......

Since someone has to say it -

Exactly my thoughts as well. The wheels, while really cool, don’t seem to “fit” an 1800. The exhaust? not sure wtf they were thinking with that one. But like you said, easily sorted.

as far as the styling goes...

I don’t see the Mini Copper. A car that quite a few Formula 1 drivers owned, a car that even Enzo Ferrari owned. I am not talking about the BMW Mini, I mean the real Mini Copper. A car so good it would frustrate almost every other sports car driver with its performance in cornering. You pick a Model T and a Cadillac

In some cities maybe. Here in Minneapolis/St Paul there really isn’t anywhere that’s too small for a full size truck.
