Yup. Wythe and north 13th-ish.

Awesome stuff Tavarish. I particularly like that zoom effect. Will have to try that. Here's a little light-paint shot I did in Brooklyn recently:

"This is a serious situation" caption is just perfect.

This = irony

Awesome. Mine had a pulley and intake, too. People couldn't believe I could fit a full size four piece drumset, hardware case, and cymbals in the back and still have room for my girlfriend up front.

Nailed it. The 'o5-o6 are the best modern MINIs for sure. Most the bugs worked out from the earlier cars, plus the vastly better steering wheel.

Great cars. I miss my R53 for tooling around New York City. So much fun.

Agreed on the powder blue. Original Gulf colors were usually painted pretty flat (non-metallic). This rendering makes the paint look almost metallic/candy, so it has a lot more dynamic range, and, depending on the highlights isn't really one color.

The original looked very aqua to me, on my screen at least.

I think this is more like it.

The colors looks wrong. Like someone opened up an RGB file in CMYK or something. Maybe that's intentional but those ain't Gulf colors. Give me a second...

The people have spoken. And now I have a craving for a BLT.

Idle sound is... Meh. But I'll bet under throttle on the road its a whole different story. Just LOOK AT IT

We got it the first 4 times you posted it.

"Trollsposure" brings AWFUL things to mind.

When I'm president of Earth, I'll make sure your dealership can't charge anyone a "buyer's fee" that isn't printed on the window sticker.

Screw the haters, that headline is gold.

I can't. stop. watching. this.

I applaud the effort to keep it retro with the rallye style wheels, and strobe stripe but they missed the mark. Nothing is worse than ghosted graphics and huge chrome wheels. NOTHING
