I agree the current no-fly list is a terrible idea, filled with racism and false positives, that target innocent people. However, junking it and starting fress with people who claim their untrained pug is their emotional support animal, or Karens that will not control their kids while they scream drunkenly at stewards

... That’s how you get primaried.

At least this one would actually have people on this no-fly list for a specific reason. The current no-fly list has little to no due process, little to no forms of notification or of recourse when a person is placed on the list, little to no restitution when the person was placed on the list incorrectly, and is an

The council of Karens?

You maybe want to re-read that fart noise you just made and let us in one what point you were trying to make?

Her statement blaming herself feels like textbook “battered woman syndrome”. It looks like the reaction of someone who was being coached or “persuaded” to offer a differing narrative.

Is anyone against this idea?

“it was my fault for trying to grab your phone,”

Yeah, the "I shouldn't have grabbed your phone" part screamed victim of abuse to me. Unless the next part of that read, "because I lost my balance and smashed my face on the ground" it certainly sounds like a victim apologizing to their abuser.

The texts are definitely ambiguous and could be read in several ways. She could be blaming herself as an abused victim or she could very well just be admitting to initiating the altercation. Definitely need more facts for this one.

The correct answer is Mazda, naturally. A CX-5 will give this guy plenty of space for 4 people who may not want to contort to reach down to their seats, a fairly engaging driving experience, a premium feeling without luxury tax, and a reasonable mileage.

The weird thing is like ... so it didn’t bring in “millions”. Does that matter? This couple was literally swimming in money. If anyone could take a risk and jump into something extremely unlikely to succeed, it was one of these two.

Yes - that’s clearly the case. Particularly as there is a lot of documentation of the fact that Reese herself was a prominent backer / face of Quibi…

This is literally the only impact Quibi ever had on the world.

It’s no surprise to me, I am my own worst enemy
‘Cause every now and then, I quit my job and join Quibi

You know what’s funny? Just this morning I finally looked up why the Mets chose to pay Bobby Bonilla almost $30 million over several decades rather than the $6 they owed him initially. It turned out the reason was because the owners invested heavily in Bernie Madoff’s scheme and determined they’d make more investing

It’s pretty astonishing they were able to set $2 billion on fire in six months. I mean there’s failure, and there’s epic cautionary tale-failure.

“Your Place or Mine” was terrible. Not just Ashton and Reese’s efforts, but the writing, the directing, the entire plot and especially the supporting characters. I honestly would have preferred to watch a Hallmark rom-com than what I saw there.

Quibi was a bad idea & he should feel bad, and now he should really feel like an idiot for ruining his marriage to Reese Witherspoon. Some people can’t handle prosperity

the Sun’s source also notes that the couple grew apart after coming into more money than either of them knew what to do with through the sale of Witherspoon’s production company Hello Sunshine
