consider a dormant car engine light. It’s not emitting anything”

This is so wrong. I’m a physicist so I have some authority in this area. First of all, this is not “without particles.” Light is a particle. In fact, it is a quantum of the electromagnetic field so electricity is also involved. Second, quantum teleportation is not at all the “kind we are familiar with in science

No whale nor petunias = no go for me.

Elon said this was standard on all Tesla’s in 2012!!!

This was already discovered back in the 1928 during an excavation in Egypt, though it’s use wasn’t realized until the 1940s, and then understood in the late 90s.

i am a sovereign Citizen counterpointing without commerce. you can not detain me in this wormhole. I don’t recognize quantum physics or any physics.

Still waiting for the Infinite Improbability Drive to be worked out.  Only then will I trust the technology...

I see wormholes all the time, in my backyard shortly after it’s done raining.  Not sure why this is such a big dill.

don’t call this method of travel “teleportation.” Instead, it’s known as “counterportation,”.

“This one simple trick removes belly fat...and sends it through a wormhole too!”

I agree with you, I think it's highly impressive to skip a part of the layer stack that has been required for literally all electronic communications till now. So I don't get why people are whining about click-bait. Transportation of something without exchange of particles seems pretty wormholey and impressive tbh

Clickbait not even remotely a wormhole or any kind of teleportation, it’s just shooting 1s and 0s with a laser and displaying the data at the pickup location.

Because Vice is where everyone goes for cutting edge wormhole science. Hahah. Click. Fart.

Bullshit headline.

Crap article probably written by a Chatbot. No verifiable sources of information. “A team of scientists in China”  what team? what University?  No particles used, but then says beams of light were used.  Photons are particles, entanglement or not.  We have been sending information in entangled states for years,

the headline is a lie, but if you read the whole article you DO get to the part where they talk about figuring out how to create a wormhole in the future, maybe.  the article is not only about quantum entanglement.

I’m waiting for Your Personal Astrophysicist ® to weigh in on this, but I’d say this isn’t going to mean much. Short of accessible, navigable wormholes that I can launch from my smartphone, I’m not impressed.

But clicks!

This is not a wormhole or teleportation. At best it is utilization of quantum entanglement to send texts across distances. You cannot move tangible objects with this method. It doesn’t involve the use of a wormhole.
