I don’t know where “here” and “there” are to you, but there is no jurisdiction in the United States where video “doesn’t count as evidence.”  It may be excluded in certain cases, but there is nothing you can say categorically is “not evidence.”

Interesting. The industries I’ve worked in (in-house lawyer at Fortune 100 companies) it is NOT hard to tell where the executives are parking.  I live in Michigan and I see Maseratis, 911s, F-Paces, etc. in the company parking lots.
