@stop2: Microsoft is inflating their pre-orders numbers for Kinect. 2010 will be a terrible year for Microsoft. With multiple failures of Windows 7, the Kin, and the Windows Mobile 7 Phone. Now the pending failure of Kinect is just around the corner. Will the failure of Kinects this be the one to push Microsoft into

Isn't there is already an app for this on the iPhone?

@dowingba: Only if you believe the misinformation being spread about Kinect presale sell outs. Don't be duped.

Kinect is going to be an epic failure. Just watch. I spoke to the managers at three local GameStops. On average each store only had about a 12 pre-orders for Kinects. Man, Microsoft is not going to be able to give that thing away come Christmas.

@relic1980: How about Phoenix and Star Castles just to name a few of...

@Archaotic: I wish Microsoft would just dump the Game Room from the dashboard. Are there that many people who want to play old Atari and Intellivision games? I grew up with an 2600 but I really don't want to play those things again. However, there are a few good titles in the Game Room that could just be moved over to

This is a great game. A must have on the arcade.

Wasn't there a lag problem with Microsoft's Kinect sensor earlier in its development? This was later solved for the most part. Just give this thing time and I am sure the lag issue can be worked out.

I will pass. The quality of Sony's TV and audio equipment has really gone down hill the last few years. They used to dominate in both TV's and audio equipment but their quality lately is bad and so are their features. I used to buy all Sony stuff but no more.

@Dodge2002: I predict they will both stab Google first then turn on themselves.

When will we see an Android/PSP telephone??

@Makidian: Releasing Kinects next month is the second riskiest thing Microsoft has done since releasing the 360 a year ahead of the PS3. Microsoft released the 360 knowing it had problems because it needed the jump on Sony. Kinects is the same thing. Microsoft could have held Kinects back until the Xbox III was

Hopefully, there were no tentacles involved...

What good is a cool looking glass back if you have to cover it up with a case? Apple oughta to manufacture them with a metal back.

@Serolf Divad: I do too. I wish all the Microsoft haters would lighten up. For healthy competition you need at least three major companies. Competition is good for the consumers.

My mother used to have a dozen full sized bee hives on her property but one by one they all died off. I had heard of this happening on the news but seeing it for yourself is really something. Hopefully, this is real reason this is happening and they can stop it. Save the bees!

Pretty cool! I want one.

@Makidian: I would rather see Kinects released now because there needs to be an evolution in Kinect game development. The Kinect games for the Xbox III should be some really cool stuff. In addition, the manufacturing costs for Kinect II will be lower which is good for the consumer.
