I wish Verizon (or other major carriers) would implement more VoIP technology. I have terrible cell signal at my house—I'd much prefer to make my calls over my WiFi (without using third party apps). Anyone have a good app that will allow me to send text messages over WiFi?

I personally agree. A single asteroid with a known trajectory? Boring.

I can offer repair services for your sarcasm detector at incredibly reasonable prices.

I'm not a huge fan of "unitaskers," but if you eat a lot of pomegranates, then hell—maybe this is for you.

I'll take "Arguments No One Cares About" for a thousand, Alex.

Nah dude, on the calculator it really clearly says it's "sin."

Wait you want both socks for $100,000? Scram, ya hippy!

Well, one of the reasons that I would say, is that the HDD prices are expected to fall again next year, and probably continue to fall as SSDs become more popular. SSDs will get less expensive, eventually, but that might not happen for a while.

I bought a 1Tb 7200 from Newegg (a Seagate) for $69.99. I went to find the link for you, but it's listed as out of stock.

Thanks!

For those who may have used Prime95—besides overheating, how might one tell if the processor is handling the load well or not? Does the program log errors? I couldn't seem to find the answer on their website, and I'm interested in overclocking my i5-2500k, so this seems like a useful tool.

I'm not saying they should enjoy it; I'm just saying that given that fact, it makes "legal reasons" (especially as vaguely as he's stated it) seem like a dubious cause.

A fair point, but don't most international flights have outlets? I feel like they usually do, but those could just be whichever flights I've been on.

Agreed—I really like Amazon MP3, and the purchase of an album also grants you 20Gb of storage on the Amazon Cloud Drive. It's fast, it's easy, and it's automatic cloud storage for all of your music.

Right. Services that direct cash flow away from iTunes are not something that Apple enjoys...

For a lot of people, it's not about getting a "deal" on things you already do. It's about trying new things for less than the normal cost.

That was the funniest thing I think I've read all week. Hearted.

Pointless rules? I'm sorry, I don't see license plates as pointless.

Sometimes giving them tools is just as, if not more, useless.

I feel that you misunderstand my post. The strong (in my opinion, misplaced) sentiment after Steve's death proves the adoration of his loyalists, and I don't begrudge them that. Nor do I begrudge Steve Jobs his personal choices with his money in respect to philanthropy.
