Purchased the Subaru in 2007 from a dealer with 35K miles; has been in central Oregon since I’ve owned it (high desert / dry climate). So almost no salt, heavy snows occasionally; see picture, Subaru is the car in back..

Sent title into DMV.. and waited. And waited.
Pandemic is affecting the Oregon DMV mightily, I assumed.
