Well several scenarios come to mind that drivers have no control over:

Watched a dude cut down trees in my neighbors yard the other day, ; this guy was amazing, shimmied up the tree with total ease, bare handed. Stopped near the top of the tree, then secured himself with a harness, just a simple loop around the tree trunk clipped to his belt.
