What’s the difference between inviting randoms and inviting your friends besides actually knowing your friends? Either way, you can still play multiplayer regardless, it’s just harder to play with people you know. There’s still specific zones that allow summoning, so you can't run through every area coop.

That is the stupid thing I’ve ever heard. Sorry for expecting the game to actually work and to be able to utilize a key feature in the game. God forbid someone criticize an obvious flaw in this game.

They could make the bosses stronger and do more damage, as well as more health to compensate for the extra players.

Thank you for writing this. The multiplayer/coop in this game annoys me to no end and keeps this from being a 10/10.

I was under the impression that those were expansions that were made over time. The fact that these are available as separate games at launch makes me question why they aren’t just one game with two different campaigns.

Yeah sorry, to clarify, if you use an insight to summon someone and then die, that insight is gone forever. And to reconnect with someone, you have to use another one. I wish if you connected with a friend and when the host dies, you wipe and go back to the lantern but stay connected. Its just really annoying trying

Key phrase, “over a 5 year span.” This is all at once.

Yeah my friend isn’t the best, so he’s died quite a few times. So when he dies, he loses an insight. When he rings the bell and we can’t connect, he loses an insight. Insight is a finite resource, and the only way to get it is fight bosses, find it in the world, or help people, which is incredibly unintuitive. I don't

I’ve been having trouble joining another friends game since release and we meet all the requirements to do so. On top of the frustratingly annoying insight system, now we can’t even play together even if we wanted. Bloodborne is such an amazing game, but holy shit From Software makes terrible MP. I get that the game

Holy shit this is stupid. It's only for the JP release so far, but the West is going to go crazy over this shit if this carries over. Is there a reason the light/dark campaign aren't just one game? There's no way it's that expansive it needs to be two separate games.

I didn't see any elements of Fire Emblem in the game, what exactly is the FE-spin on it?

Now playing

ODST is still my favorite trailer. That shit still gives me chills

They could release it like Twilight Princess, one version on GC and the other on the Wii.

Are you within 10 levels of each other? That's a crucial part to summoning.

I love how everyone has a story for each encounter. And yeah I legit fought the bottom spear hunter after finding more bullets and I beat him, but I had no guilt for knocking machine gun guy off the edge. It was actually not my first intention, but when I shotgunned him he stumbled back and I realized that if I did it

I kicked that machine gun bro off his tower like a Spartan, fuck him. I still can't beat the hunter at the bottom with his pistol and spear. The AI is so brutal...

Hah, I didn't even notice it until I read your reply.

Siiiiiiiiiikkkkkkeeeeeeeeee!

Yes. Yes. Yes.
