In talking with the “good” people (non-racists) in my life who either didn’t vote or (I believe) voted for Trump, most of them saw the whole system as corrupt, and Clinton as a continuation of the old alliances, and old policies that fucked them over for nearly two generations. They saw Trump as an atomic bomb to

It was a small joke about tax dollars being used to subsidize an industry that’s literally killing its workers. That $1B “from the NFL’s cauffers” is already being made up with one stadium vote for $1.18B.

Sadly, this is probably not a disqualifying comment for most WV employers.

I take it you’re not from an NFL city?

I doubt it. I’m not a woman, so, I don’t fit his profile.

I’d be happy to hit him. You know, for context...

I agree on Lee (VM will probably get DMVP). The biggest difference I see this year is that Dallas is able to convert on 3rd down (NYG and Minn games excluded), and score when they’re in the RZ. Those two things result in disproportionate time of possession for a run-heavy offense. The Dallas D lacks pure talent

McFadden was 5th in rushing last year, and the defense has almost the exact same personnel.

In summary: Dallas was pretty much the same team last year except for Dak (and Zeke) and now they have the best record in football.

Defense is basically the same (personnel-wise). And don’t act like you weren’t saying what you know goddamn well you were saying. The rookies are playing like vets because they are very, very good. This same line had vets that played like bad rookies last year, and they went 4-12. The line is great, but these

Same O-Line last year: 4-12. Care to explain?

Smiling’s my FAVORITE!

So, it’s entitlement to expect to be paid for work?? For real, get bent.

This is such a typical scenario when jocks take shit too far. If the “tradition” was presented to rookies as: “Look guys, we have a tradition in the clubhouse where rookies dress in drag for the first road trip. If you don’t want to participate it’s really not that big of a deal. We’re not going to make you do it.

This is a useless contribution to my comment.

Isn’t that how all movements start?

Okay. There are still a tremendous number of liberals who would prefer to see Trump removed from (or in this case denied) his position due to their perceptions of his lack of competency. That notion undermines the social compact, which I find equally troubling as those who voted for a man, who will make every effort

They both demonstrate a reckless disregard for the rule of law, no? They both undermine (in their own ways) the social compact of the democratic process, no?

Thank you for this. I was worried that these “people” might have a case against a public school for unconstitutional discipline for off-campus speech. Glad that it’s a private institution.
