I heard that one too. As I was listening I was wondering,’ is nobody going to mention Ira Glass is exaggerating his fry?’ And then they did and it was beautiful. He claimed that they had never gotten a single complaint for any male fry, but bus loads for women.

I love the Runaways and I got the chance to meet Cherie Curie last year...she’s incredibly sweet and a cool person. But I really did not care for her memoir, Neon Angel. The writing was almost painfully bad.

You know, I am a big public radio person. NPR all day, every day, not kidding. But I know that public radio fans are also the kind of people who send legit HATE MAIL when someone pronounces an obscure word wrong. And Wait Wait listeners tend to be especially pedantic and cranky. So this does not surprise me.
