Yeah, stress causing ulcers is almost a cliche at this point (“stop it! you’re gonna give me an ulcer”, etc.).

Diabetes and cancer, maybe not, but I definitely know stress can play a major part in ulcers and cardiovascular issues. Hell, doctors attribute PVCs and arrythmias to stress so frequently that sometimes it’s difficult getting an actual echo done when you’re concerned.
