I'm guessing it is more anti-UAW than it is anti-union.

But how does the total frontal area compare to other vehicles in the market segment? Drag coefficient is great, but total drag also includes frontal area.

But a howitzer and mortar don't rely on a standard ballistic trajectory.

It's going to take more than a degree or two.

Wasn't it these guys that said something about their grandfather riding a camel, they themselves drive a Mercedes, their kids drive Mercedes, their grandkids will drive Mercedes, but their grandkids' kids will ride a camel?

What the hell is going on in Spain?

I like letter or number combinations when they actually mean something. The Saab 900 was smaller than the Saab 9000. The Mercedes 200E was an E-Class with a 2.0 liter engine while the 300E had a 3.0 liter engine, and the C-Class was smaller than the E-Class with the S-Class being the biggest. Now, almost nothing

It's hard to tell, but the taillights look very Volvo-esque from what I can see of them. The greenhouse looks like a combination of a first gen Touareg combined with the recently replaced X5.

All this would prove is what truck ships with grippier tires from factory.

And your car doesn't have horse-shoes anymore. I fail to see how one change in the truck will cause it to fail. The negatives are rather minor to all the positives of aluminum. Simply because body-shops can't do "X" any more (just like how Farrier can't take care of your horseless carriage) is a sudden reason that

I thought they were all jet-skis.

Somewhere between this:

A soccer mom with a new Tahoe? Yes. The damn thing starts, STARTS, at $45,000.

How do you estimate the value of a care in 5 years?

If you can afford a 50k car, I'm going to venture a guess that you are on the very upper end of middle-class. Sure, some people are great with money, or are willing to forgo some other luxuries to get that car they really want, but I have yet to see a person with a new E350 that I would call "middle-class".

Is that two sets of fog lamps... and an LED strip? Lights are getting out of control.

Does improving handling typically not improve how fast a car is? Fast to me is usually more than just a straight line measurement.

You can't use average car sale price. That is a skewed metric. Just because the average new car is selling for $32k doesn't mean there aren't tons of new cars starting less than $20k. Also, when the lowest a new car could sell for is $0 and the highest has no bounds, of course the average car price is going to be

Good thing it still has a steel frame, and good thing aluminum is more dent resistant and rust resistant.
