My girlfriend had the comedy channel when it first came on and we'd watch it all the time. The clips always seemed very awkward the way they presented it. Maybe I missed it in the article but no mention of Onion World with the great Rich Hall?

geez I can remember back in the 80s stumbling upon the latest edition of The Complete Directory to Prime Time…. by Brooks & Marsh. I couldn't believe what I was reading being a TV Junkie. Of course there's no real reason for a book like that these days but it sure was amazing back then that something like that existed.
