I loved the show but it seems like the youtube reviewers that their algorithm keeps giving me hate it. A glance that has probably doomed me to even more bad recs shows that lot of them seem to have been taking the show way too seriously. For a show that outright states it’s not going to be like the rest at the start,

Um, I think you mean “who made his name as the asshole banker from Spider-Man 2"

This marks a big return to the network TV comedy for McHale, who made his name playing Jeff Winger on the sitcom Community.”

RIP

FB Board: “Mark. Let’s be serious. You’ve spent over 12 BILLION dollars on Metaverse and no one knows what the fuck it is. One of its billion-dollar apps has fewer than 30 users. The stock is down 65% this year. We’re out of patience. You better have a good idea to fix this!”

Google tells me that Seth Green was only 7 in 1981. Did a 7 year old really know the word “absurd” and could use it in a sentence? That seems like the real news story.

No, I was just joking, sorry if that wasn’t clear (although it’s a commonly held belief that the MPAA are much more lenient with major studio releases than they are independents). I do seriously think it’s pretty absurd The Batman didn’t get an R-Rating. I’m not saying no one under 17 couldn’t handle it, that’s for

Likewise, who hasn’t wanted to throw Seth Green in a trash can?

To be fair, who hasn’t wanted to throw children into the trash?

She-Hulk was exactly the low-stakes comedy the MCU needed. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the other series. Even Ms Marvel got heavy at times.

I thought the finale was great and it made me laugh. Sure maybe the VFX joke was tone deaf in light of recent worker complaints, but that finale was conceived well before then.

The Whale could be the name of a superhero. You missed your chance to make a superhero calling card, Darren!

There are like three or four comments here all saying some version of “What is this about?!” so sorry to pick on yours specifically, but what are you talking about? I haven’t seen it, but the trailer clearly shows a dead body, that at least one of the three friends are being framed for murdering, and they’re trying to

“Those young punks and their movies about hotels and newspapers are why kids are distracted from stories that really matter, namely obscure incidents in French history!”

Martin Scorsese is envious of the output.

The film is finished.  I already own the Criterion Collection 4K three-disc set.  And the title of the film was actually changed to The Midnight Coterie of Sinister Intruders.

If the Coens’ “split” was to become permanent, I hope the negotiations for custody of John Turturro, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi and Roger Deakins are at least friendly.

If you’re not a fan of the director mentioned in the article, why not just ignore it? Instead of swooping in to drop a “Not a fan” bomb for no good reason. That’s not something a cool man, or guy, would do.

Chevy Chase? The ghost of Harold Ramis? People who watched Garfield?

Oh, who doesn’t like Bill Murray!
