I don’t have a problem with inequality. I have a problem with poverty and Bernie and I disagree fundamentally on how to fight poverty. He wants to reverse free trade and besides that been a diplomatic impossibility I don’t think it’ll work. The era of manufacturing is gone. He won’t bring it back. We need smarter

In today’s episode of....”Berniebros beat up on black women exercising their freedom of choice in selecting a candidate to support and publicly voicing that choice”.....

Because he single handedly is going to end inequality? An old white(now very rich after all these donations) man is going to take care of woman’s issues? A man that failed at writing pornography about all woman fantasizing about being raped? And before I am jumped on about that, Hillary has had her whole life and

Good point, successful actors are by definition “corporatist shills,” and not members of a powerful Union or whatever

A fucking men. I get the whole Bernie thing, really, but JFC when you keep seeing “that lying fucking sack of shit bitch” and “the establishment bitch” I’m not completely convinced it’s the “establishment vs. reformer” argument some of his supporters are selling. Personally, I’ll vote for Hillary (don’t even bother,

This is the only correct way of thinking about the election this year. I can’t wait to vote for Hilary but fuck yeah I’ll feel the Bern should he go all the way. A fucking monkey would be better than the current crop of shitbags in red.

She needs high profile men to endorse her in this way. Polls show men have a real problem with putting a woman in the oval office.

Love all of this. Love Hil, love Shondra, love Kerry, love Viola.

BernieBros explain how ignorant of their own interests these women are in 3....2....1....

Huge Clinton fan, huge Kerry Washington fan, though not a major fan of any of these shows. The line “the real world has Hillary Clinton” gave me tingles. Such a powerful line (though admittedly, it probably preaches to the choir more than to the converted).

I didn’t love this ad spot, but it’s been said before and still bears repeating: vote for your preferred candidate in the primary, but vote blue regardless in November. I’m so excited to have a chance to vote for Bernie on Tuesday, but I’ll also happily vote for Hillary in November if it means I get to vote against

Portrayed them accurately.

Doesn’t matter. Johnny Depp had NA collaboration on Lone Ranger and look how people reacted to that movie.

She created a mythos and culture for her wizards that was entirely its own.

Anglicanism and its symbols appeared quite heavily throughout the series. There may not have been priests per se, but there was definitely a significant amount of reference there. The wizarding world is its own, but it’s not correct to say that there are not references to existing cultural and faith traditions.

Or she could have glossed over them and said only the white invaders were the ones with magic, which is also a shitty option. I agree, I think that this is the best way for her to do this. I would have been angrier if the story was “And then the white men brought magic to the new continent.”

“portrayed them accurately”. Its a fantasy world with fucking wizards and dragons. pretty sure none of them were wizards.

Yeah, I have to kind of agree here. If you’re going to work magic into US history, you can either ignore the lore of Native Americans, which is dismissive, or incorporate it, and get attacked for appropriation.

It was going to be a no-win situation anyways with the native Americans and magical America. Don’t bring them up, and you’re erasing them. Draw upon native traditions, and you’re appropriating them. Make some shit up entirely, and you’re caricaturing them.

This is from a woman who sold her body to be famous. Now that she reaped the benefits she can scold whomever? Nah.
