12$/month 100Mbps in Romania. I can upgrade to 500Mbps/15$ or 1Gbps/18$. These latter offers have been introduced November 1st. I think I'll go for the 1Gbps in the coming months. A few friends of mine upgraded and they constantly get actual 100 Mbps download speed in utorrent. And of course, no cap.
