Actually a lot of very excellent craft beers come exclusively in cans. Cans protect beer from light, and therefore protect it from going bad. These are also modern lined cans that no longer impart any taste like older cans do.

Wasn’t this a fad, years ago? Even here. I used to fast every day for 18 hours, and eat within a eight hour window. It was fine but didn’t do much. It also apparently does not seem to help post-menopausal women as well as the rest of the population. Because appetite hormone regulation changes.

I tried it, and found I was way too obsessed with food on all days. I tended to be binge-y on feed days, to boot. I like the idea of “Please keep your opinions to yourself and just report the things I like.” Sounds a bit like our current government. 

I think it’s still safe to say that you’re not a policy analyst and have roughly the same qualifications for determining what is and isn’t a terrible piece of legislation as that guy who hangs out in government center telling everyone that the squirrels are spying on us using the CIA.

I live in Texas and we seem to be the leaders in the bad laws dept! The state govt talks all day long about small govt and staying out of people’s business but then passes laws that overreach all of the time.
