I’ve seen this skull emblem before in movies, but always though it was Hollywood putting in their extra two cents to make Nazi’s seem as villianous as possible. But holy crap the SS ACTUALLY had a skull and crossbones on their caps.

Regardless of what we view as moral, the reality is the victors decide what constitutes a war crime and who will be punished. If Putin lost a war and was captured, he’d absolutely be punished for war crimes. Same with our presidents.
