eh, what in the last few decades points to GM being able to do anything like this competently? The smoke and mirror here is that GM knows that there is so much VC money sloshing around that they hope to fool some rich idiots into giving them more money.

It’s of note that BBS Japan is a separate entity from BBS Germany, and BBS Japan is completely fine. It’s also BBS Japan that makes all of the super nice forged wheels and owns the motorsports division.

I test drove one of these and a GTI back to back.  The Veloster N was better hands down.  I’m in the market for one, but am holding off for a bit to see how the next WRX looks and I’m interested in the Corolla Sport GRMN (because America can’t have nice things like the GR Yaris.)

I mean, you could do that, but..

You’re right about the laws. Regulatory lamps in the rear cannot be on a moving piece of bodywork such as a hatch or trunk. Now that automakers have solved the problem of widening their hatches and trunks while still meeting structural requirements, they’re forced to sacrifice lamp placement and design language for

Why does Kia put the turn signal indicators so low? They’re typically so low they’re not in most people’s line of sight.

The van driver should have pulled over on his own Accord. Now he’ll going to get a Civic lesson on hit and runs. Hopefully the punishment Fits the crime and he goes on an Odyssey to his local penitentiary.

As long as they don’t try to recreate the chase with a white one. That actually does seem like a terrible idea.

they would have been better off without the teasing to build up anticipation. I think everyone was expecting something all new.

Though I did add one voluntarily:

Move to a state with no front plate.

Great news! The chassis could definitely handle more power, and if it’s going to have the same output as what you get in the CX-5 turbo, then this thing suddenly turned into a GTI/Si competitor; but with a much nicer interior.

The YouTube channel in question is the popular B is for Build

Don’t hate on Elon. He builds all the cars himself, when he’s not designing rockets, hand digging tunnels and coming up with cool names for his friends (p3doguy) and his kid (Foxbat Y-12 CRM114*^#).

I completely forgot they even made FWD A4s. Why would you even buy that? Just get a Jetta instead, it’s the same damn car at that point.

Fun fact: those “entitled asshats” actually have the right-of-way

Bravo! Scathing comment and brief.

I have an Audi A3 8P wagon, and I love the clean, smooth design. No extra fuckery in the body, not too many fake vents, no weird creases or lines. Everything is low key and understated, but still elegant.

Not every car needs to be over-styled to death. Sometimes plain and clean design is good.

I think the only downside to a used S4 is that it tends to be an oft modified car, so a solid pre-buy is a must.
