I’m all for the gas tax IF we see immediate results, and 100% of the increase tax goes to road funding in perpetuity.
I’m so sick of everyone in Michigan being so anti-tax. They just pull out the old “well the lottery money isn’t going to schools so the gas tax money won’t go to roads” argument. That argument just keeps putting us farther behind on repairing the roads. Time to step up and actually pay for the roads like the last…
The fuckstains had complete control of the state government for 8 years and didn’t do a thing to improve the roads.
Where do you live? (edit: I see it’s Michigan, in your next comment.) In Colorado, $2,500/year is at least 3 eighths a week, or 4 grams of concentrate. I’m a somewhat heavy daily smoker, and that’s 4x more than I go through.
Easy there Snoop.
I don’t often say this about a politician, but the more I learn about her, the more I like Ocasio-Cortez. Seriously.
Do yourself a favour and watch it. It holds up.
I never saw the original (before my time), but that looked fantastic and I’m definitely in.
Oh you sweet summer child...
The whole article is worth a read, but here’s my favorite/dear lord help us all moment. After going on and on about how his appearance is keeping him from attracting the women he so deserves, Truth4Lies then drops this little nugget on us:
THEY JUST WANT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE!!!!
There are no forged titanium wheels.
I’d be curious of the weight of an equivalent forged titanium wheel. Additive usually works best with odd load paths or for really pushing what you can get for moment of inertia. Those benefits need to outweigh the hit on material properties; doesn’t seem like a wheel would be a good application. This just looks like…
In the hyper-capitalistic system that she craves, more “individual freedom” means you can do anything you want if you can pay for it. I do not think this type of freedom is going to break down the walls between wealthy and poor school children. Which is the point, of course.
Odds that Trump gets confused and angry about all of her “tear down these walls” talk?
He spent $20 on a Harbor Freight angle grinder and $3,980 on shitty cutting discs to cut his stock springs?
I’m incredibly confused by the cost....
There once was an idiot from Limerick,
The difference being she’s getting paid while the passengers are paying for the experience of not getting to their destination on time.
