The cool 3D effect on the words “Sidcup and Oxfords” looks like that drippy “spooky” font when scaled down, but other than that, I don’t find the thing particularly eerie.

I agree. That thing doesn’t look bulky at all, unless you’re speaking of the undercarriage; it has very high windows and very little excessive ornamentation. Not minimalist, but pretty toit in my opinion. Not horror-movie at ALL.
