So it’s the road’s fault this jackass was going 150mph on a tight turn? Only someone who also thinks driving like a fucking maniac in a residential area is cool would bother posting this “evidence” of whatever it is you think you’ve discovered.

The planning is fine.

Considering that 150 is literally about double the highest legal highway speed in the country, and that means Highway, not Urban or residential, it seems like it's kind of a moot comparison.

yah, thats brutal. Just dumps you into a tight turn.

Yes, a proper track should have a sand trap and a tire barrier with a catch fence.

Police in a Fox 11 report state that the intersection in question has a speed limit of 15 mph

“I feel like if they owned it, they would know it can’t take a 15mph curve at 150.”

we’re never more than one bad judgement away from tragedy.”

Yeah I don’t care if you’re literally Colin McRae, that turn isn’t happening at that speed.

That math just does not compute! 1 27yr old male, and 21 and 23yr old women. No word on if this was stolen, rental, owned, etc. I feel like if they owned it, they would know it can’t take a 15mph curve at 150.

Police in a Fox 11 report state that the intersection in question has a speed limit of 15 mph. They believe the Corvette tried to take the turn at more than 150 mph.

We should be extremely concerned whenever a public servant kills a random person, and it’s honestly kind of terrifying that you’re not worried about it.

1. Y’all should go to r/wec, we’re having loads of fun ogling this car.

Wait... you owned an E39 M5??? I can’t believe you sold it! There has to be a term for people like you.

For me, it’s the recent (maybe decade-old) revelation that the Toyota Camry now has more horsepower than most of the cars in the muscle car era. I drive a 1968 Cutlass and a 1989 Firebird. I can’t tell you how many people like to point out you can get a Camry with more horsepower.

I saw a 100K+ mile LX 5.0 for over $20K yesterday. I haven’t seen Impala prices recently, but I can’t imagine a mediocre one is under $10K these days. Also, I wouldn’t want to be in a C3 that’s under $10k. Heck, I don’t want to be in ANY Corvette that’s under $10k...

but I still want to have some street cred with my uncles and cousins who still dominate the dirt track where I grew up.”

Playing with Porsche’s configurator is always fun: 16K if you want the interior in a color other than black. Almost makes me feel bad for the rich people buying these things. Almost.
