Solar panels are far more efficient these days than most people realize and they now produce electricity that is the same, if not cheaper than grid electricity. If it’s daytime, they are producing electricity. Not as much on heavy overcast days of course, but they ARE producing.

I’m a native Californian, so....I don’t really have an opinion on Wisconsin? Is it functionally different from, say, Michigan or Minnesota?

Non sequitur for sternly worded letter: When I was in 3rd grade and we were doing a lesson about the Titanic, I piped up and facetiously mentioned writing a sternly worded letter. My teacher scolded me about joking about a serious topic. When the movie Titanic came out a few years later, I felt vindicated when Jack
