I clicked on this story moments after it was posted, his was the only comment, no stars but still out of the greys. Clearly the grey/ungrey experiment isn't working

And yet, as I learned yesterday, some of my favorite posters are still languishing in the greys.

People wanting concealed carry has always confused me - if the goal is to dissuade potential shooters by forcing them to assume anyone could be armed, wouldn’t open carry accomplish that better, since then they’d know?  But then they’d know who to shoot first, and oh now I get it - the concealed carry people don’t…

I am waiting for the first stories where a student gets a teacher’s gun and shoots themselves or another student by mistake. Followed by a student who gets the gun and shoots a whole lot of people on purpose.

We’ve heard about the good guy protecting us from the bad guy with a gun.

A local high school had a problem last year where a gym coach was bragging about a new gun he bought, and the students stole it out of his truck.

Not anymore it’s not. And I can say that as someone who has lived in Virginia for the last 15 years. Northern Virginia has dragged the rest of the state kicking and screaming out of the Dark Ages.

Southerners don’t support Democrats in the electoral college or Senate anyway. Democrats didn’t win a single southern electoral vote in 2016 and the only Democratic senator from the south is about to lose by 20 points. Stop pretending that backward garbage region will ever wake up.

Can’t find good in a region that has been exposed to hate for decades..

Give up on the South entirely. It’s a waste of resources on deplorable states that will never do the right thing despite their own interests. Leave them to rot.

And demand you stand for the National Anthem.
