Let Taylor Swift have whatever cake she wants at her own birthday party. That being said, I have never understood the appeal of naked cakes. Why would you want LESS frosting?

I appreciate you guys following what’s happening here but y’all couldn’t at least have used a photo from San Antonio, not Austin?
Yes, I meant that at the time that Maron confronted CK (which was after they’d reconciled over their earlier falling out), he considered him a friend. I don’t think he does anymore. He said recently that CK is no longer speaking to him, and he seems fine with that.
I’ve seen Pete Davidson’s bit about Louis CK trying to get him fired from SNL, then making fun of him for being a predator. I’m sure there’s more out there, and I admit my perspective may be skewed because I’ve just been so disappointed in how many comedians have either chosen to stay silent or outright support CK.
He said he was disappointed in him, because he asked him if these stories were true and Louie said they weren’t, so Maron chose to believe his friend. He devoted a big part of his podcast that week to it.
It’s not remotely surprising. Aside from Marc Maron, virtually every stand-up went radio silent when Louis C.K. admitted he’s an abuser, but they all of course had plenty to say about his right to return to the stage less than a year later.
I think a major issue with the MCU is that it’s all become exposition with no payoff, so it no longer feels like a shared universe. The first few phases were fairly careful with the amount of new characters they introduced, but since Endgame we’ve had a landslide of new characters and none of them are interacting with…
I stopped watching because I realized I couldn’t remember a single thing that had happened in Season 2. Ciri is just kind of a blank character. She’s the least interesting of the three main characters and always has been, so I don’t care whether all these converging evil forces reach her or not. Also the fight…
Oh yeah sure he was separated from his wife before they got together. Do they really expect anyone to believe that shit? What kills me is that so many celebrities have tried to push that narrative. Julia Roberts claimed that she and her husband met and then he went off and ended his marriage and only THEN did the two…
And Samantha, like Seema, also carried Birkin bags and lived a life of considerable luxury.
I know they’ve done it before with Justin Theroux but it would’ve been funny if they just named George David and Carrie never found out he was the same guy Charlotte got set up with at the temple.
Ebon Moss-Bachrach needs to win for “Forks” because that was one of the best episodes of television ever made. I cannot believe that in the first season I was shouting at the screen for Carmy to fire Richie, and then in “Forks” I was crying because Richie had finally found his calling.
Che is such a disappointing character, and they really could’ve been great for the show. There are so many amazing LBGTQIA+ comedians out there who could’ve contributed great material for Che’s standup (seeing Che end their set with a lame dad joke two weeks ago was painful), but it’s like the writers of this show…
It looks like they fixed it :)
I know it’s not the point of the article but...JFK has three grandchildren.
It must be different wherever you’re at because at every location I’ve been to the staff says you can customize your drink however you want.
I live in San Antonio and they’re everywhere, but an hour up the road in Austin no one knows WTF Dutch Bros is. You’re right that they’re very much into the coffee-adjacent milk shake drinks. They also have some pretty damn tasty iced tea, though.
Dutch Bros appears to be taking over San Antonio, and I’m not complaining. Their service is fantastic and their drink menu is seemingly infinite.
“Forks” was truly incredible. I cannot think of another show that made me so thoroughly hate two characters in the first season (I was literally shouting at Carmy to fire Richie in season one) and completely change my mind. I’m tearing up at their successes and 100% rooting for both Tina and Richie to succeed. Nothing…
I’m from Georgia, live in Texas and I don’t want anything to do with Chick-fil-A or their gross-ass breakfast. Even if you take away their politics, their breakfast is trash. McDonald’s is right there. So is Whataburger. They’re both so much better, especially hungover!!!
