I don't know how popular Kijiji is in the States, but in Canada, I've found it's more popular than Craigslist.

I use cheers, regards, thanks (never with an exclamation mark though), or (rarely) sincerely, depending on the situation. Sometimes if I don't feel any of those fit, I'll just end with my name.
