I'm the reverse. If you want something stated with certainty, it has to be face to face. I try to avoid making claims if I can't back them up, which some take as being "evasive".

Personally I find unsweetened grapefruit juice to be the best thirst quencher. It lacks the stickiness that other juices have, including unsweetened juices. It also gives you a quick hit of vitamins, which tea doesn't.
