When I get to that level, I'm going to try sticky insect paper and a harpoon. Actually, first I'm gonna see how far a tranquilizer gun gets me.

@braceyoself: Actually, I think this might be kinda neat. I did eventually manage to finish the game, but for me, Prof. Layton was frustrating. Some few of the puzzles I manged to do myself, but a lot of them I actually had to go online and search for the answer. I figure that as I am more of a creative thought kind…
Sooo....Seems to be saying that while they're making sales on Wii games, as a company, they're still losing money. Taking in the various main consoles and the handhelds, I wonder which ones they're losing the most money on.
Y'know, no one that pirates games is ever going to really, truly admit it (under alias, yeah, but to give out your real name and addr?), but I'm wondering something. IF a real poll was to be taken, just how many of the set that do illegally obtain games, do it because they REALLY can't afford it vs those that have the…
Eh. I play Pokemon. Don't really MIND....but, I DO occasionally wish that as they do usually combo two of their Pokemon game releases into a third, that besides just a difference in a few pokemon, that they'd have some (I'd be happy with even just one or two) tiny storyline or game differences between the three…
@mrdowdle: Now, I don't play war games myself, but think of it this way. The other wartime games that are out there are based on certain/particular wars IN GENERAL. This Falujah game they tried to make is based on ONE SPECIFIC, reported, factual, event.
I also think that they should've given it some more time before trying it.
I suppose if you could get someone/some company like Time-Life, or National Geographic, or or The History Channel to work with it, it MIGHT work. But, it definitely WON'T work with just a video game company behind it.
The only way that'll happen is if someone makes and markets something like this as not a GAME but an Interactive Experience.
That's 'cause they were prob based on a anime/manga style than a more realistic/video game style.
Whatever I personally think about all of this is immaterial. I'm just surprised that they'd WANT to advertise on public transit vehicles and bus shelters. (I don't know when the last time these guys took public transit was, but do they know/realize just how torn up, marked up, and grafittied up ads on public transit…
I'm quite sure it as interesting as all heck and everything, but just as stray commentary in reflection, I'm looking at two things here.
What? The whole word's there. You just have to think of it as if you were looking at "Saga" through printed plastic wrap (like looking at a loaf of bread or magazine through the plastic bag).
So, looks like as far as the video games that're showing up at comic con, it's transforming robots, superheroes, and pokemon.
Well, it's an idea. Lessee if anyone remembers this reference.
I dunno about the idea myself, but at least it'd go splendidly with the philosphy of "if you want to truly know a person, walk a couple miles in their shoes".
Not that I've got an XBox or anything, but just wondering...y'think it's ever crossed their minds to make an additon to the system that allows people to actually design their own clothes for their avatars? It could be something they could let people do for a small fee for fasionistas and budding designers....
I guess per person, it depends on how deep you allow youself to get into the real nitty-gritty teeny-tiny details of a game. For instance, Pokemon Platinum, I've done enough stuff and have enough higher leveled pokemon that when it saves now, it takes (I think, haven't actually counted) almost 10 - closer to 20 if…
(sigh) Okay...This is....not so good. I can tell from this that vidgamers are going to get dissed again. I can just see it now. Unless they put blocks on certain shapes that I just know some idiot out there's going to try and scan in, this is an accident waiting to happen.
Now, was it necessary to make the pic that big? It's not like we need to look up his nose or count the strands of facial hair he's got.
