By the DNC do you mean the registered Democrats that vote in primaries? In 2016 4 million more voted for Hillary which comfortably secured her the nomination. Considering that Bernie has been essentially running his campaign non-stop since 2015 and has dropped to 4th in some polls I do not see registered Democrats

You are joking right. In 2016 Bernie had statistically lost the nomination by March meaning there was no way to catch up to Hillary’s lead with primary wins. At this point some on his team were counciling him to concede. He did not. He stayed in and after it was patently obvious he had lost and Trump was the GOP

I read the linked New Yorker piece which was a very good read. It was well written and extremely well researched and full of so much more content than Beto driving. Either you did not read it or you are a big fan of alternative facts.

I Live in Indiana. Donnelly had a narrow lead until two things happened. He voted against Kavanaugh and Trump had two of his white supremacist/nationalist hate rallies which sadly were extremely effective here.. Sadly likewise his recent NRA speech.
