Good idea. Maybe you can look at the last significant digit after you've given up search and not really sure if it still there or not.

Good catch. Awesome timing on the picture too. Looks like they are ready to hit warp speed.

Because a good SSD still costs more than the netbook?

I am so buying one right now. How do I install it in my laptop?

I just built a new desktop with same strategy as you suggested. I am having a hard time setting up Win 7 to install more stuff on D: than on my SSD. 25% my SSD is already used up after only installing Win7, updates, drivers, and firefox. A lot of apps simply don't give the option of installing anywhere else other than

Practical use should not get in the way of good aesthetics.

Where do you buy them? I don't think Walmart carries them anymore!

I just finished working on a 6kW solid state system to weld small parts. The safety precautions are pretty involved, as they should be. I was quite dismayed that it did not make any pew pew sounds at all.

I tried 4 different games. Two of them worked, two of them gave me black screen. You mileage may vary...

I wonder how many people they have to piss off to meet their quota...

Why is the picture cropped to the point of being useless in the actual post? You can see more on the main page.

Right now, there is a bot some where, scanning your comment and adding your name to a list....

I wouldn't worry so much about the robots taking our jobs. Watson runs on a cluster of computers that fill a whole room. It'll be months, or maybe a year before they can shrink it down to a manageable size. Then you can start worrying. But by then, they'll have robots that can worry for you.

My desktop has a single picture I've taken and I change it from time to time. Nothing else other than system tray. I only see my desktop once when I start my PC and once when I shut it down.
