the Mii Costumes are based on three templates: Gunner, Brawler and Swordfighter, and each skin is designed to fit one of them. So if the costume you like is the “wrong” template, tough luck (although they always follow some sort of logic, like Sans).

yeah, it was a little weird how they only added 3, and two of those are Splatoon. I liked Doomguy, but it was kind of disappointing he was the last 3rd party mii included.

I guess they went with Reptar to also avoid the issue of “you can punch babies” in this game, at least at first. Also, I don’t see an exciting moveset for him, to be honest.

this game needs some sort of Assist Trophies, that would fit awesomely there.
