I really like Swype. It has taken some getting used to, of course. For me the biggest hurdle was to trust the software - I would trace a word, and then stare at the screen in some sort of disbelief that Swype got it right. Slowed me down a lot at first.
This goes beyond augmented reality to what I shall now dub "augmented surreality."
