Actually it did. You might not be old enough or lived in some urban setting where it wasn’t common. I graduated in 1990 and lived in a semi rural area. EVERY day someone had a rifle or shotgun in their truck at school and EVERY day many people had pocket knives (weapon) on their person in the classroom.

Much like most police officers (they only shoot once or twice a year to meet the very thin requirements for POST certification). Yet very few people are in any way concerned that every cop that can arrest you carries a gun everywhere they go on duty.

My 15 yr old? Drinking 5 cups a day? Hell yes I’d be freaked out. TBH I’d be concerned for anyone that is so addicted to caffeine that they needed 5 cups a day (or just drinks tons of soda or sweet tea or anything else). All things in moderation.
