No. You there can’t. Because as soon as there is a “list” no matter what is agreed to today about it in five years or ten years a new group of politicians can change the rules and do whatever they want with it. That’s the problem with a list.

It’s great. I work in IT for a certain lizard sponsored insurance company. Started almost 30 years ago as a kid out of highschool and went through all the departments before I earned/weaseled my way into IT. :)
Even better I have a killer pension to boot.
